Summary/Objective:

Identifies and evaluates customer and employee needs for financial services, assess the objectives and goals of the individual, and then develops an investment strategy to implement.

Essential Functions include:

  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships based on trust and respect for clients, employees and members
  • Provides regular feedback to the branch employees, identified credit union executives and sales manager regarding sales practices and business development initiatives
  • Follows the rules and regulations set forth by the credit union, FINRA, SEC and the broker/dealer
  • Drives investment and credit union integration initiatives
  • Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Required Education and Experience:

  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 or 65 required
  • State Life and Health Insurance License required
  • Three to five years licensed registered representative sales experience required
  • Must have in-depth investment knowledge, exceptional sales skills, ability to independently utilize judgment, and make sound business decisions
  • Must have strong presentation skills

This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Compensation:

The base pay of the budgeted range is $36,000 + annual bonus.

The candidate’s starting salary will be adjusted based upon his, her, or their experience.
