is a FINRA and SIPC member and a wholly owned subsidiary of Thrivent Financial.Position Summary:This full-time Operations Manager position serves as a resource to clients/members in handling, researching and communicating inquiries regarding their accounts and supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, meeting/greeting members, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, supports securities and insurance related tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned, as well as a resource to the PDW staff.

from creating and refining reports to strategic planning for the business).Position QualificationsSecurities registered (series 7 & 66).Insurance licensed or willing to obtain within 90 daysDemonstrated customer service orientation/experience required while working in a fast-paced office environmentStrong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.G., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases – SalesForce) or ability to quickly learnAbility to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptionsAs part of the recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of your background will be made to complete the process.

Fingerprints will be required as part of FINRA registration process and for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.Full time
