This is a Full-time position in Greeley, CO posted February 22, 2021.

JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: ReceptionistDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: Greeley, COReports to: HR SupervisorPrinciple Responsibilities:* Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.* Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.* Maintain company directory.* Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.* Receiving and sorting daily mail.* Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.* Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.* Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.* Back up to Travel Specialist, setting travel for employees to include orientation attendees, current employees and other travel logistics, as required.* Reconciliation of travel expense invoices.* Additional duties may be assigned.Qualifications:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.* Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers and copy machines).* Professional attitude and appearance.* Solid written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.* Excellent organizational skills.* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.* Customer service attitude.Education: High School Diploma or GED required.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:* Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;* Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;* 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; and* Base salary range of $13.50 per hourThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
