About the Customer Service Representative role:The primary role of this position is to provide accurate and timely information on our products or services to meet customer demands in order placement and completion.

The Customer Service Representative will help exceed the customers’ expectations by relaying information from customers to the company so the company can continue to improve its products and services.Enters customer orders into the company’s order entry systemAssists with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions, and item informationAssist our customers in determining product needs and provide basic assistance on Hach’s productsEnter new accounts and updates existing accounts with accurate billing, shipping, contact information, and special request account codingEnsure long term customer relationships by utilizing professional and pleasant customer service skillsIdentify sales opportunities and offer suggestions for complementary items to our customersWhat makes this opportunity exciting?Hach releases over 10 products per year, so you will always be learning and working on new items.

– 20/hour.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future.
