Customer Service Representative

We offer our clients a broad range of services for product realization including product conceptualization, design, prototyping, regulatory certification, manufacturing, and warranty service.JOB SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to enable best-in-class Program Management.

Functions as the primary interface with clients for routine interactions including sales order management, order status reporting, handling client inquiries and facilitation of regular business reviews.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitates management of Client Qualifications and Client Requirement documents.Sets up quoting file and PDM structures to receive client documentation in preparation for quotes.

Facilitates the collection and organization of client supplied documentation.Processes client Purchase Orders into scheduled Sales Orders according to established policies.

Delivers immediate Order Receipt Confirmation then facilitates lead time analysis with Procurement to create and deliver an Order Acknowledgement in a timely manner.Manages client-initiated changes to Purchase Orders within established policy and current capability to respond.

Ensures changes to orders are communicated and implemented.Ensures congruence of Sales Orders and Master Production Schedule.Generates and communicates standardized updates to clients on open order status, project progress, open actions items, risks, warranty/service status, inventory liability (including monitoring obsolescence or dormant SKUs) and recovery plans on a dependable cadence in collaboration with Program Managers.Manages master business review schedule and facilitates the scheduling and agenda for regular formal business reviews.Enters customer feedback into the Customer Relationship Management system and communicates the need for response to customer feedback and complaints.Maintains master NPI and Engineering Project summaries and metrics for internal review.Assists with continuous improvement of program management processes by identifying process improvements and providing administrative support to implement changes.Other duties and responsibilities as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: Ability to care for and express empathy to clients.Ability to professionally, objectively and pleasantly manage difficult customer situations.Ability to securely handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion.2+ years of administrative, customer service, sales or related experience.Working knowledge of ERP systems and other relevant business application software.Mastery of MS Word, PowerPoint.


Ability to edit MS Project and Visio.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to self-direct work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.Detail-focused; ensures the quality of work is accurate and consistent.Experience in a technical manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.KEYWORDS: Sales.
