Customer Service Representative

General Purpose

Act as representative of the business in all interactions. Assist with inquiries, complaints, account disputes, and other queries.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Client Interaction, including but not limited to, response to inquiries, complaints, client verifications, management of clients’ accounts via phone, email, fax, or in person (30%)
• Data Entry, including but not limited to, inputting new client accounts, recording client interactions, maintaining client databases (30%)
• Employee Interaction, including response to employee requests, account disputes, validation of accounts (30%)
• Database Analytics, including organized workflows, client activity reports, system and process feedback (5%)
• All other duties assigned (5%)

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Customer Service field
• Prior experience in B2Business interaction a plus

Salary

Pay scale of $23,930-$28,080 based on experience.
