The Service Sales Specialist position is primarily responsible for all aspects of initial quote preparation and distribution, contract booking and invoicing, pricing (as requested), credit and re-bill, account receivable coordination, proper service system management relating to the initiation and closing of repair jobs, customer satisfaction, and other duties as needed in order to support the Inside Service Sellers in renewing standard contracts, up-sell/cross-sell, and conversion of various service program contracts.Essential duties and responsibilities:Process administrative tasks through Upstream: Purchase Orders, credits, serial number swaps, build service contracts, field and return customer calls, service offering updates to service contracts, and other duties as needed.Generate assigned service contract renewal quotes and engage customers in the renewal process as neededDevelop customer quotations for service contracts, and follow standard work to ensure on-time renewalCreate customer opportunities for target contract renewals in Salesforce.comMerge contracts for same customer locationsMake vital instrument installed base changes and updatesSend Contract expiration notices to target customers in attempt to accelerate renewalExtend contracts when required and approved by service managementAssist in the organization and execution of contract terms and conditions and supporting documentation such as vendor applications, Certificate of Insurance, etc.Support required distribution of customer documentation (ex. Invoices, etc.)Research additional customer points of contact for renewal decision maker or end userMeet or exceed all assigned critical metrics for quality/productivityQualifications:High School or equivalent requiredAssociate Degree or some college coursework desiredShows strength with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other database applicationsDocument control and/or legal review experience desiredKnowledge of Oracle, Sales Force and/or Cisco Finesse/Upstream a plusMinimum 1-year Customer Service experience preferredMinimum 1-year general office experience or equivalent preferredDemonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented workThe hourly rate or salary range for this role is $17 – $20 USD an hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.
