Electronics Electrical Engineer

Employbridge Search Group has a client in Boulder, CO who is looking for an Electronics Electrical Engineer to join their team! This is an EXCITING opportunity with room to grow and EXCELLENT benefits!

Job Duties

  • Help the company build the next generation of mission equipment and high-end stabilized imaging systems
  • Develop high quality, innovative and cost appropriate engineering and product concepts
  • Take initiative with a positive attitude and help in all areas of the company
  • Help bring an idea from concept to a product
  • Design, implement and debug software, firmware, digital and analog circuitry
  • Integrate between software, firmware, and hardware components
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in the electrical engineering field
  • Must be able to be ITAR Certified
  • Experience interfacing camera sensors using MIPI CSI-2, SLVS-EC to H.265 hardware accelerated video compression solutions
  • Hard-working, creative, passionate and self-managed who can thrive in a small company atmosphere
  • Excellent analog, digital and high-speed circuit design, debug and analysis skills
  • FPGA design (preferably with Xilinx tools), Verilog and VHDL coding and simulation
  • Experience designing PCSBA’s preferable with Altium CAD
  • Experience interfacing with hardware accelerated IP for Video compression on designated platforms such as NVIDIA’s Jetson Nano
  • Skilled in embedded firmware development and debugging, particularly for ARM Cortex-M series for Microcontrollers
  • Strong background of programming in C/C++ and object-oriented design
  • SMD soldering skills and hands on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies)
