We work hard to build successful partnerships with clients to deliver high-value land development solutions.n n Position Summaryn n The Project Engineer will complete the design and construction documents for land development projects.

The candidate will be required to work under minimal supervision.n n Essential Duties And Responsibilitiesn Preparing construction plans, site plans, utility plans, grading plans, and exhibits Using CADD software for the design and production of plans Performing engineering calculations to support design Preparing reports to support design Communicating with team members, approval agencies, and clients Assist with other duties as assigned.n n Compensationn n The Project Engineer salary will be dependent on years of experience and certification.

The following table represents the salary ranges based on experience and supervisory responsibilities:n n Leveln n Experiencen n Salary Lower Limitn n Salary Upper Limitn n In n4-7 yearsn n$67,000.00n n$78,000.00n nIIn n5-10 yearsn n$76,000.00n n$97,000.00n nIIIn n7-10+n n$94,000.00n n$110,000.00n n Benefitsn n LandOne offers a comprehensive benefit package including the following:n Health Insurance Dental Insurance Simple IRA Match Paid Time Off (dependent on years of experience) Paid Holidays Potential for quarterly bonus based on company and individual performancen n Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)n Bachelor”s Degree in Civil Engineering or related 4+ years of similar experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities Has Professional Engineer License in The State of Colorado or able to obtain within a year Microsoft Office and Office 365, SharePoint, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Smartsheet General knowledge of State, County, and City permitting requirements General knowledge of plan requirements and details necessary for construction plan submittals to approval agencies for permitting and approvals Knowledge of disciplines involving site development such as landscaping, structural, geotechnical, and architectural Knowledge of land development and survey terminology Willingness to take on additional tasks and develop professionally Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines Must have a valid, active driver”s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.n Core Competencies:n Interpersonal Skills

n Supervisory Expectations:n n Project Engineers will be responsible for coordinating the daily duties of Associate Engineers and CAD Technicians.

Project Engineers will work directly with the Project Coordinator as well.

The level of Project Engineer Title (i.e.

Project Engineer I-III) is dependent on supervisory expectations.

Project Engineer II will have more supervisory expectations than Project Engineer I, and Project Engineer III will have more supervisory expectations than Project Engineer II.n n Work Hours:n n Work Hoursn n 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Hours vary and are dependent on business need.n n 40 Hour Work Weekn n Monday through Friday, hours may vary with the workload.n n Evenings/Weekendsn n As needed to satisfy the requirements of the positionn n Physical Demands and Work Environment: (The phrases ”occasionally”, ”regularly”, and ”frequently” correspond to the following definitions: ”occasionally” means up to of working time, ”regularly” means between and of working time, and ”frequently” means and more of working time.)n The work environment is the typical office environment.

The employee must be able to complete their work satisfactorily in an environment where there are significant distractions, including staff, clients, and vendors walking through and conversing, telephones ringing, conversations carrying over, and interruptions to answer questions from others.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and should do so in a sound and safe manner.
