M-F, 8am-5pm.**This is not a remote eligible position.Pay range is between $$22.58-$30/hr, depending on years of relevant and like experience.Boulder Community Health is a Certified Level II Trauma Center.

This person is a dynamic and driven professional who is responsible for identifying, connecting and developing relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

This position will be responsible for the development and delivery of recruiting tactics.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation or Formal TrainingRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field.

College degree may be substituted by five years of relevant and substantial work experience in HR recruiting and/or generalist.Special Qualifications (Licensure, Registration, etc.)None requiredKnowledge, Skill and AbilityKnowledge of Social Media advertisingSkill in talent sourcing utilizing web based search engine to perform targeted searches and researchAbility to be self-motivated, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and flexibleExcellent interpersonal and networking skillsProficient skills in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems, and other computer based programsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detailExcellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordinglyPossess excellent critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlinesSkill in proactive recruiting tacticsExperienceAt least two years of full cycle recruiting experience preferred.Healthcare and Hospital experience highly preferred.MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USEDTypical Office Equipment – Copiers, Printers, Scanners, FaxesMicrosoft Office and industry specific software and systemsWORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIESOffice environment; must be able to travel to different departments and offsite locations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides recruitment support for all roles at BCH facilities including sourcing, screening, and completion of all onboarding formsAssists with posting and monitoring open positions through the Applicant Tracking SystemReview resumes to assure applicants meet minimum qualifications, Encore!

Values and are a “good fit” for positions prior to forwarding to managers.Execute/assist with recruiting efforts, utilizing the Applicant Tracking System in accordance with established processes.Maintains an open, consistent and timely line of communication with all hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment life cycleAssures and verifies applicants have valid current credentials for positionsAssure references and background checks are complete and reviews same for any criminal history or negative references.

Reviews any criminal history with recruiter and/or HR Business Partner.

Reviews any negative references with recruiter and/or HR Business Partner, and hiring manager/director prior to making final offer of employment.Collaborates with the recruiter to review internal equity reports to determine salary offers.Attends off site recruiting events and career fairs as neededCreatively sources applicants and suggests new outlets for marketing positions.
