Facility: Broadway Hospital Location: Fargo, ND Address: 801 Broadway N, Fargo, ND 58102, USA Shift: Varies Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Starting Rate: 30.00 Pay Info: $12,000 sign-on bonus with two-year commitment.

Department Details Sign-on bonus available A 34-bed medical inpatient unit.

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for managing the complex needs of medical patients (Pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, Liver/Kidney Failure management and infectious disease management).

This floor is a great place to refine your assessment skills as a new or experienced nurse.

Additionally – you will have the opportunity to become an expert in managing patients with complex behavioral health and addiction needs.

Responsibilities Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
