Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Title: Crisis Residential Mental Health TherapistLocation: Fort Collins, COFSLA Status: Hourly/ Non-exemptPosition Status: Full Time, 40 Hours per WeekPosition Summary: Provide clinical crisis intervention and residential services to monitor and direct compliance with rules, guidelines, and directives for clients within 24-hour programming locations in north Fort Collins.

Participate as a member of the service delivery team to provide risk assessments, crisis interventions, safety planning, coordination of care including discharge planning, brief interventions, group work and potential placement for clients.

These services are provided to individuals who are in behavioral health crises or in need of longer-term respite care and whose needs cannot be accommodated safely in the community or in a less restrictive environment.

These positions will be cross trained to cover multiple sites including covering shifts at Garcia House, Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Mobile Response Services, and our Crisis Stabilization Unit.

Wage Range:Unlicensed Therapist $41,634.51 to $60,370.05; Licensed Therapist $48,074.17 to $72,111.25.Requirements: 1-2 years professional experience as a behavioral health clinician in the human services industry.
