Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.12 years of experience in Recruiting or Executive Recruiting focusing on engineering and related technical roles.Experience in building and cultivating relationships with candidates and customers in a global business environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with project management or other leadership responsibilities while working collaboratively and proactively in a diverse team environment, and with external partners.Experience building solid partnerships and effectively influencing customers as well as stakeholders.Experience solving problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader.Knowledge of technical product areas or marketing.Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Additional Information

(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $161,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of Global Business Operations leadership searches, providing excellent customer partnership, domain talent expertise, and subject matter expertise in the process.Provide outstanding thought partnership to customers to shape and best match the needs of Google and the talent in the market.Partner with our research team and other resources to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit candidates.Manage inclusive search engagements from inception to completion, identifying and assessing qualified talent, managing customers, engaging with candidates, driving their experience, and partnering with human resources and other stakeholders.
