Our HR Specialists typically have at least 2-3 years of experience when they come to work with a solid understanding commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures relating to human resources. Our HR Specialists have a proven track record of being the hardest working and most dedicated employees at any job they’ve held. But maybe even more important than having a strong HR knowledge is the ability to manage clients and take charge of difficult situations. Those who speak Spanish will be preferred over others.
