This is a Full-time position in Loveland, CO posted June 3, 2021.

Summary:The primary responsibility of this position is to provide day-to-day support to the Management Team and perform various HR administrative duties.

Duties may include the following: employee relations, training, performance management, attendance tracking, staffing, payroll and benefit enrollments.

Also responsible for various administrative and customer service duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.* Provide advice and counsel to leaders, supervisors and employees on key human resources matters, issues and opportunities* Provides HR support for all department on recruiting, interviewing, benefits, compensation and employee relations issues and decisions.* Schedule appointments, coordinate on-site interviews, prepare presentations, and manage confidential staffing reports* Support management in the execution of organization improvement initiatives* Facilitate annual employee survey process and create gap closure plans* Provide support and coaching on various HR issues* Facilitate succession and workforce planning initiatives with business areas* Ensure Fair, Safe and Equitable Work Environments* Identify and solving work environment & improvement initiatives* Facilitate employee recruitment by posting jobs internally and externally* Compose new hire packages; track, follow-up, and document* Input and analyze background screening process, track, follow-up and document* New Hire Orientation including communication of benefits with all employees and coordinate enrollments* Set up and train employees on payroll/ timekeeping system and enrollment process through system* Process, track and send notifications on FMLA and Workers Compensation leaves, issues and claims* Update and communicate various HR practices, policies, procedures, laws and regulations to employees and management* Track incidents and accidents and maintain OSHA log as required by lawQualifications:* 3+ years experience in human resources role or related field.* Associates degree or PHR preferred but not required.

Will take a combination of education and experience* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.* Ability to communicate with other team members, visitors and employees in an effective, pleasant, courteous and tactful manner.* Strong computer skills and strong experience with Windows, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.* English language proficiency, to include verbal and written communication.* A focus on continuous improvement and being committed to learning new HR practices* Must be extremely organized, accurate and detail oriented* Experience with ADP products or similar payroll processing software.* Must be task oriented, with the ability to adjust multiple priorities in a short period of time.* Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization* Ability to quickly build strong working relationships with business partners and colleagues* Knowledge of Employment Law.* Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long Term & Short Term Disability, Critical Care and Accident Coverage, Pet Insurance, Wellness Program, Vacation, Sick Time, 401K with Match,9 paid holiday’s and work/life balance…Plus much more!
