What you will do: Day 1 Assist in managing a portfolio of candidates and existing clients Source and qualify potential candidates using multiple online resources and tools Prepare candidates for technical interviews Manage the process – from interview to offer Finding new business opportunities and leads Anything else you can think of – we are always looking for new ideas and are open to hearing about them from Day 1.

What you will do: Day 90 Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates both existing and new Develop consultative relationships with clients to help their business by developing the most efficient talent acquisition and service delivery solutions.

Develop and pitch proposals to clients Negotiate terms of commercial business and rates Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred Ability to think strategically and come up with solutions 1 year staffing/recruiting experience preferred, but not mandatory Ambitious, self-motivated, and competitive.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
