Job Description

Keysight’s Global Services Organization (KGSO) is an increasingly important contributor to Keysight’s growth strategy.

As such, we are looking for strong leaders to drive the organization to the next level of growth and operational excellence.

The Digital Customer Experience Software Engineering Section Manager plays a key role in delivering a seamless end-to-end customer services experience, enabled by a personalized post-sales support portal.

The portal provides Asset Management, Support Case Management, Service Ordering and an extensive searchable knowledge center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for software development teams in support of KGSO growth and operational improvement goals.

• Align with KGSO’s Planning team on strategy and priorities, ensuring adequate capacity to deliver on commitments.

• Delivering high quality software to external customers including managing expectations of content, quality, and consistency.

• Adopt modern software development best practices, driving towards a single platform for an integrated post sales service and support experience for our customers.

• Manage resource capacity and dependences to support the Keysight Support Portal software development teams.

• Lead and develop a diverse world class team to higher levels of contribution.

Including, skill development, succession planning and talent acceleration.

• Network companywide and especially with our Information Technology and Software Licensing teams.

• Demonstrates uncompromising integrity, high performance, social responsibility, speed and courage.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer Science and/or Software Engineering or equivalent 

• 5+ years of successful management experience with successively increased responsibilities

• Proven experience managing projects and programs in Salesforce.com 

• Experience with Salesforce “communities” is preferred 

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and focus on outcomes

• Experience in developing and delivering a differentiated user experience

• Strong Leadership skills with ability to motivate, mentor, support, communicate, develop, and manage change to deliver results short term and long term

• Ability to collaborate across levels and organizations towards a common goal

• Strong intuition and insights to drive operational excellence in Devops and 3rd party developers 

• Proven record of building strong, diverse teams; getting the right people in the right jobs; develop people from the highest to lowest performers; actively manage performance

• Adheres to the highest levels of ethics, integrity, and compliance without exception

This role can be based in Santa Rosa, CA, Colorado Springs or Loveland, CO 

Colorado pay range: MIN $ 151,800 MID $202,400 MAX $253,000

Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
