What you will do: .

: Identify, track, and drive delivery of a variety of work necessary to ensure continuity of existing functionality of the Digital platform.

Identify bottlenecks/risk and work across specific initiatives.

Work with Product Management, Technical Management, Architects and other business units to review and contribute to the vision, road map, and program refinement.

Clear understanding of Lean/Agile Principals and Methodologies .

Understand technical/enabler work and work with Product Management, Technical Management, and architects to assist with decision making and sequencing of the work.

Assist the Business in identifying risks and prioritizing business needs.

Schedule Project Refinement meetings for Features in Analysis.

Report initiative data in JIRA to track progress to support decisions made by leadership .

Apply critical thinking and a logic-based approach to problem-solving.

Experience reporting verbally and written to the leadership .

Ability to report accurately, meets tight deadlines, work on release items independently, be self-motivated, and multi-task.

What you will bring: .

: Bachelor’s Degree required; experience in lieu of education may be considered.

5+ years of relevant experience in Project / Product / Program Management.

Demonstrated experience running and facilitating large, enterprise-level lean/agile planning activities.

Compensation & Benefits: .

Salary Range: $115,000
– 135,000.

This range is estimated for the Senior Advisor, Technical Project Management (Software Engineering) position in Loveland, Colorado.

Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan, which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
