If you’re enthusiastic about working in an environment with a people-first culture and an organization committed to good living, good food and good service, we’d love to talk to you!nn nn nn Primary Responsibilities nn nn nn The KeHE Emerging Leadership Program is a six-month long program designed for college students who majored in supply chain management, marketing, human resources, accounting, finance, sales, IT, etc.

and have recently graduated college.

Top candidates have demonstrated both on campus and off campus their high performance and leadership through their academics, internships, and volunteering.

nn nn KeHE is looking to invest in each LPA’s career growth by giving them exposure to how KeHE operates from the ground up through their job rotation and job shadowing portions of the Emerging Leadership Program.

Through the program, the LPA’s will have the opportunity to learn more on how KeHE operations starting with how KeHE onboards new clients, how KeHE’s Commercial team manages accounts, how KeHE’s operations teams’ full fills orders, and more!

nn nn The Leadership Program Associates (LPA’s), will have hands on career development that includes completing projects and presenting to leadership, learning professional etiquette in the workplace, and the principals of what makes a good leader through our leadership development courses.nn nn nn Essential Functions nn nn nn The first 90-days of the KeHE Emerging Leadership Program provides new graduates the opportunity to rotate through KeHE’s core functional areas such as operations, eCommerce, sales, human resources, supply chain, and more to gain a better understanding of the food distribution industry.

During the first 90-days the Leadership Program Associates will have the opportunity to take part in weekly lunch and learns, group projects, and serving events.nn nn  After completing the 90-day job rotational piece of the Emerging Leadership Program, the Operations LPA will start a 90-day job shadowing experience with the Operations team in one of KeHE’s distribution centers.

During the 90-day job shadowing, the Operations LPA will have the opportunity to take part in current projects, data analytics, strategizing, and connecting with the Operations team.

Upon completion of the Emerging Leadership Program, the Operations LPA will have the opportunity to apply into any open entry level roles.

This position will require relocation based on the business needs.

nn nn The Leadership Program Associates (LPA’s) will take part in KeHE’s mentorship program and receive hands on career development to help aid in finding a full-time position at KeHE after completing the 6-month Emerging Leadership Program.

nn nn At KeHE, we strive to ensure that the Operations Program Associate accepts a full-time position at one of KeHE’s distribution centers across the United States after completing the 6-month Emerging Leadership Program.

Due to KeHE’s distribution centers being across the United States, this role will require relocation post program.nn nn nn Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude nn nn Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related majors.  Demonstrated leadership experience in college activities or internships in Operations Management.
