Marketing Specialist

BHCC Bright Horizons Children's Centers

This is a Contract position in Greeley, CO posted May 12, 2022.

Founded in 2001, College Nannies Sitters is the nation’s in-home childcare provider with franchise locations on both coasts and in the Midwest.

In 2016, we became part of the Bright Horizons Family as a wholly owned subsidiary.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist the marketing team in the development and execution of a wide variety of marketing processes and projects such as email marketing, CRM, social media, SEO, Google Ads and content marketing.

Partner with marketing team to ensure all deliverables align with marketing plan and accomplishes the goals of the initiative Interface regularly with internal teams regarding marketing initiatives & programs (Operations, Franchise Business Consultants, Training and Development, Shared Services) Ownership of marketing related documents and creative assets library to keep up to date and accessible to franchise community.

Programming emails and social content for internal and external communications.

This also includes reviewing local franchise emails and social media for on brand marketing messages Reputation management: respond to reviews and inbound messages, communicate details with franchise owners, and ensure appropriate and timely follow-up.

Tracking results of promotions and reporting out learnings regularly to marketing director Support marketing director with market trends and competitive research and audits Receive local marketing requests from franchisees.

Partner with marketing team to meet their needs.

Participate in business planning with franchise owners, reviewing campaign performance, social media content, and reputation management of surveys and reviews.

Submit purchase orders, assist in vendor payments, and manage overall marketing expenses and vendor management.

Work with the marketing department to create ongoing campaigns specifically designed to target new customers, current customers and re-engage past customers.

Track engagement in Marketing programs by franchise owners Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising/public relations or related discipline 2 years marketing experience (franchise experience preferred) Skills Experience implementing and coordinating digital and social campaigns Experience with creative development, email marketing and social media.

Must be detail-oriented, proactive self-starter and excellent verbal & written communicator Works well in fast pace changing environment Must have good understanding marketing, the digital/social media landscape Eager to learn and curious in nature Collaborates well with a team HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH YOUR APPLICATION?
