Business Development and Sales Specialist

Job Description

At Let It Shine, Inc., our strong belief is that we are poised to capture increased share in a substantial yet underserved business to business market in northern Colorado.

We are uniquely positioned between mom-and-pop businesses with limited capacity and large, out-of-town based, spread-too-thin, and top line focused multi-state operators.

We are seeking a Business Development and Sales professional who will recognize the opportunity to compete and win in the janitorial and facility services industry in northern Colorado.

Our ideal candidate would be capable of taking the lead representing our company in the marketplace, deepening our brand awareness, and waging a campaign to build key relationships and produce steady sales gains.

Responsibilities will include typical marketing and sales functions, prospect research and cultivation, brand building activities, prospect engagement and relationship management.

Also required is a leadership and teamwork connection with the operations group, up to and including proactively assisting with launch of new accounts.

Role Objectives
Build and maintain library of prospect opportunities and market participants, conditions, and dynamics Grow brand identity and awareness Establish market presence and reputation as formidable competitor Develop sales pipeline populated by both short and long-term prospects Build and maintain customer and prospect relationship management systems

Position Responsibilities
Research and target market participants and opportunities Build relationships and conduct long term direct sales campaigns Maintain Customer Relationship Management systems Prospect meetings and facility walkthroughs Prepare and present sales proposals New account launch transition and support Social media management and branding Report performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators

Minimum Qualifications
Exceptional professionalism and commitment to team success High proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and social platforms Excellent speaking and written communication skills In-depth knowledge of business, strategic formulations, and plan execution Positive attitude, optimistic, and outgoing Aptitude for presentation delivery, negotiation, and agreement Substantial record of key role in sustained team success Bachelor’s degree in business or related Extensive B2B direct sales experience
