– $18/per hourManages project compliance; and hold vendors accountable to complete the job correctly and completely.

This includes janitorial, mechanical vendors and inspectors.Performs inspection of devices to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities (internal and external), equipment, including fire systems and elevators, or fixtures under the supervision of a more senior technicianCompletes daily rounds of properties assigned checking HVAC, fire, and security systems for proper operation, checks grounds for issues, and assists with daily upkeep of principles residence.Performs repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures under the supervision of a more senior technician by utilizing multiple craft skills (for example, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair and painting, material handling equipment, food equipment)Documenting maintenance activities, inspecting, operating, or testing facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues; dismantling equipment, machines, or facilities to access and remove defective parts; diagnose problems utilizing blueprints, repair manuals, O, or parts catalogs as necessary; utilizing hand tools, power tools, hoists, and other equipment; providing prompt response to emergency calls when on call; and documenting repair activities.Manages work orders and routine maintenance schedules by completing and providing required written and electronic records and orders parts and supplies for maintenance or repair work; conducting price comparison to save money.Complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelinesEnsures quality work is completed that complies with company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local regulations, and codes; unloading and storing equipment; and transporting equipment between facilities.Ensures a winning customer experience that provides an outstanding environment for customers, tenants, employees, the larger community and shareholders Requirements Must work well under pressure, be self-motivated, service oriented and be a team player, professional and courteousMust demonstrate initiative and good independent judgmentMust be able to work effectively with supervisors and co-workers by listening to instructions on work to be performed.

Work to be done requires careful analysis and to implement effective, efficient, and cost saving courses of action.
