Business Development Agent – Kayman Direct – Greeley

n Business Development Agent Position Summary n Kayman Direct has a unique opportunity for a driven person that is in need of a full-Time position.

n You will be interacting with auto dealerships customers across the country with outbound or inbound calls.

S/he will schedule appointments, make follow up calls, and build relationships by performing ongoing and timely follow-up with all assigned customers.

S/he is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

n Business Development Agent Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities n Displays enthusiasm in communications with customers and works to build a rapport with each.

Communicates effectively with new and current customers by phone, email, and/or text message Handles/completes all assigned calls.

Handel general inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate person/place.

Maintains an ongoing customer database to assist in capturing repeat business for each communication made.

Flawlessly tracks communication methods and appointments/recommendations made for each customer.

Schedules appointments with interested buyers, maintaining correct and complete documentation.

Provides administrative support for all correspondence on promotions, community events, mailers, and notifications Contacts customers on several platforms and process including but not limited to phone calls, E-mail, text, instant message.

Projects professional company image in all communications.

**Assist with other duties as assigned.

n Business Development Agent Education n High school degree or equivalent.

Business Development Agent Experience n 1-3 years Retail and Customer Service Experience.

1-3 years automotive or call center experience preferred.

Business Development Agent Specialized Skills n Strong written and oral communication abilities, including outstanding and grammatically correct interpersonal communication via phone, email, and text message.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Effective time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.

Goal-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated to complete work correctly the first time without being asked.

Ability to remain persistent and professional at all times, especially when handling rejection .

Flexible schedule and availability.

Ability to work in a face paced environment with multiple interruptions.

Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to understand and empathize with the customer, provide appropriate resources in a timely manner, and maintain composure in stressful situations.

Business Development Agent Work Hours n Regular work hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Employee hours vary and are dependent on business needs.

The schedule is between the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The position is 20-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with evening and weekends as needed to satisfy the requirements of the position.
