Customer Service Agent Position Summary

Kayman Direct has a unique opportunity for a driven person that is in need of a full-Time position. Customer service agents will interact with automotive dealerships and their customers across the country with outbound and inbound calls. S/he will schedule appointments, ,make follow up calls, and build relationships by performing ongoing and timely follow up with customers. S/he will be responsible for nurturing a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

Customer Service Agent Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities

  • Displays enthusiasm in communications with customers and works to build a rapport with each.
  • Communicates effectively with new and current customers by phone, email, and/or text message
  • Handles/completes all assigned calls.
  • Handel general inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate person/place.
  • Maintains an ongoing customer database to assist in capturing repeat business for each communication made.
  • Flawlessly tracks communication methods and appointments/recommendations made for each customer.
  • Schedules appointments with interested buyers, maintaining correct and complete documentation.
  • Provides administrative support for all correspondence on promotions, community events, mailers, and notifications
  • Contacts customers on several platforms and process including but not limited to phone calls, E-mail, text, instant message.
  • Projects professional company image in all communications.

Customer Service Agent Education

  • High school degree or equivalent.

Customer Service Agent Experience

  • 1-3 years Retail and Customer Service Experience. 
  • 1-3 years automotive or call center experience preferred.

Customer Service Agent Work Hours

Regular work hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Employee hours vary and are dependent on business needs. The schedule is between the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position is 20-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with evening and weekends as needed to satisfy the requirements of the position. Employee hours vary and are dependent on business needs.

Customer Service Agent Benefits – If hired to a full-time position, the company provides vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k) employer paid life insurance, health, dental, vision, pet insurance, and company discounts.

If hired for a part-time position the company provides paid sick time and company discounts. No other benefits are offered.

Salary: $14.50 – $17.50 Hourly
