If so, this is your chance to work on some of the most exciting and creative intellectual properties in the industry.nn nn nn nnScopely is seeking an Executive Producer (EP) to build amazing products that delight players as well as deliver on business objectives.

As Executive Producer, you will own the execution of the product through the development cycle, from pre-production to global launch onto live operations.

Once the game is live, the Executive Producer is responsible for the timely execution and the quality of live ops and feature roadmap.

This is a leadership role with the responsibilities to create amazing F2P mobile games that deliver on business goals.nn nn nn nnExecutive Producer is a leadership role that will continue to have hands on experience as well as manage high performing teams.

The EP reports to the Game General Manager.

The Executive Producer works with all business stakeholders of the game and manages the product through the various development cycles.nn nn nn nnWhat you will do:nn Drive execution of your team to build amazing F2P mobile game that will delight and engage players.

Manage the teams strategic schedule while maintaining close communication with them to ensure they meet deadlines, objectives and quality standards.

Partner closely with the team’s General Manager to deliver on short and long terms development objectives.

Translate short and long terms development objectives into clear operation and action plan.

Focus on risks assessment, define mitigation plans that deliver on great outcomes for the product.

nn nn nnWhat you will need:nn 10+ years of managing cross functional teams Amazing team leadership experience, inspiring high performing teams.

Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail.

Solid understanding of project management, software development methodologies and tools.

Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to motivate your teammates and influence without authority.

Understanding of KPIs, including but not limited to MAU, DAU, ARPPU and conversion rates.

Experience in managing distributed development is a plus.
