Role Summary/Purpose

Partner with the HR Business Partner and HR Shared Services Director on various stages of the employee lifecycle from performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and business driven initiatives. In addition, you will be responsible for executing complex regional shared service projects.

Essential Responsibilities

As a member of the HR Employee Shared Services team the HR Specialist’s duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide support to employees and leaders in the business: coaching on performance management, accommodations, policies, onboarding/offboarding, and other HR-related topics

• Complete processes and project work to maintain compliance

• Facilitate the adoption and bettering of HR programs, policies, and processes to improve our overall employee and manager experience

• Analyze data from various daily activities and projects to identify patterns and trends that can help create/improve processes or identify areas of concern

• Identify and execute on continuous improvement of HR programs and processes to enhance the overall employee and manager experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Human Resource Management, Labor and Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Management with HR Emphasis, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and logical though processes with the ability to identify and resolve sophisticated and sensitive HR issues/problems
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent computer skills and capabilities, including HRIS systems (SuccessFactors), Microsoft Office 365 applications, and Word/Excel
  • Exposure to employee relations and understanding of the investigation process
