JBS USA employs more than 100,000 team members, and our corporate office is located in beautiful Greeley, Colorado, where our 1,200 team members onsite enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine a year.General SummaryResponsible for production scheduling elements for case ready programs at company and third party service providers for JBS Imports.Responsibilities* Support to Case Ready Director for supply chain elements of case ready programs.* Supply chain optimization and analysis, specifications, raw materials, yields, costs, production, customer satisfaction.* Account management for key case ready customers* Create production schedules for products produced at partner case ready/value add facilities.* Work with partner facilities to improve efficiency based on production constraints.* Maintain and track KPI order fill and delivery times.* Manage orders in SAP and ensure partner facilities have updated order information for production.* Work closely with Account Sales Mangers to facilitate customer orders for production scheduling.* Track inventory utilization, rotation, and yield for cost and risk mitigation.* Manage substitutions on customer orders and keep sales informed of all changes in order contents or status.* Support Senior Production Scheduling Manager with raw material availability, ordering, timing and product mix.Experience and Qualifications* Experience working in a food manufacturing environment preferably with meat products.* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Agriculture and or Marketing or suitable experience.* Technical meat knowledge preferred.* Excellent communication, written and oral.* Good computer knowledge.* Strong work ethic – “go to” attitude and ability to work within a small team* Some travel required.* Ability to work under pressure and independently create opportunities without direct supervision.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:* Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;* Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;* 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule* Base salary range of $67,000-$87,000; and* This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive programThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
