Inventory Cycle Counter

FULL-TIME

$16/hr

The Cycle Counter Clerk is responsible for tracking inventory of various materials; finding root cause for inventory discrepancies and accurately recording inventory counts in the system.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under direct supervision.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
· Counting and tracking physical inventory
· Maintaining accurate records of counts and frequency of counts
· Communicates any variances or inventory discrepancies to management
· Recording inventory counts in the accounting system
· Investigates any inventory discrepancies and documents any corrections
· Ensuring accuracy of information in the system and compliance with internal controls
· Preparing various reports and correspondence as required.

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM
Shift length: 10 hours
Monday – Friday, some Saturday/Sunday

Qualifications

  • Must pass drug screen
  • Must pass background check
  • Can lift 50 lbs
  • Must be at least 18+ years old

At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or related area.Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
