IT Team Lead

This is a Full-time position in Fort Collins, CO posted November 23, 2021.

POSITION SUMMARY

At BillGO, we work in a highly collaborative environment where we believe that great ideas can come from anywhere.

We are looking for a growth-oriented IT Team Lead who is hands on with technology to join our team who will be able to improve our processes, deliver projects, maintain our systems, software and network, develop trusted relationships across the organization, and partner reliably to cultivate the best ideas into executable plans.

AREA OF FOCUS

All other duties as assigned, plus…

  • Experience leading an internal IT function responsible for Networking, PC deployments and maintenance, systems implementations, software updates, and asset tracking
  • Project leadership and documentation experience
  • Experience coordinating outside hired resources (consultants/contractors)
  • Experience leading Microsoft O365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Office) design / deployment / support / auditing
  • Experience with Networking
  • Perform admin functions on designated systems.

  • Experience with Wireless, wireless LAN surveys & deployments
  • Experience with O365, Active Directory
  • Experience with software updates and patching
  • Basic understanding of SAML/SSO
  • Experience with security – will working closely with security team to ensure systems are secure.

  • understanding of Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) – will work closely with our cloud team to ensure the overall IT environment operates with 100% uptime.

  • Experience with Firewall/Security
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Experience with VPN

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience working in IT operations

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does have supervisory responsibilities and is expected to mentor new team members and junior level positions.

Base comp for this position is $80k
– $110k
