Boulder, CO

Receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment, and products within establishment by performing the following duties. This position is required to be eligible for a commercial driver license within one year of hire. This position may work a day or swing shift.


  • Maintain shelf life and lot controls for Stockroom, keeping accurate inventory levels and performing periodic physical counts
  • Dispense/Sampling GMP raw materials and components for use manufacturing using SOPs, solution prep documentation and batch records
  • Count and safeguard all material entering the warehouse and prepare necessary documentation and enter all receipts to the computerized inventory system; immediately identify and report all inbound damaged goods with a copy of the bill of lading or other documentation to the applicable buyer
  • Responsible for completing paperwork for each task, cleaning procedures, aseptic processing techniques, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory safety practices and procedures
  • Safely load/unload and operate company truck for transport of materials to and from company facilities; driving fleet vehicles to and from company facilities; requires CDL license
  • Strict adherence to safety and compliance requirements as related to personal protection requirements and safeguard against injury to him/herself and all adjacent personnel
  • Interface with other plant personnel in a courteous manner


  • High School Degree with 2+ years experience in Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and computerized inventory control; BS degree highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of warehousing, including: receiving, housekeeping, computerized inventory control, tagging of capital items, location management, shipping, Health and Safety, material issue resolution, purchasing interface, etc.
  • Possess knowledge of chemicals, use of MSDS sheets in a high-volume manufacturing operation and DOT requirements regarding the receipt of hazardous materials
  • Commercial Driver’s License with Hazardous Materials endorsement a plus
