We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join us as a Sr. RFI & Content Analyst supporting our industry leading Medical Imaging and Software Solution teams, based remotely in the UK or from our offices in Hammersmith, London.
Primary Responsibilities
RFI/RFQ Management
Leads the completion and process for all RFI/RFQ requests through the Clario proposal response system
Utilizes System’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) in conjunction with SME review to analyse the best and most relevant responses and facilitates updates where necessary.
Manage interactions with SMEs relating to detail gathering for RFI/RFQ
Manage library of SME responses
Manage the systematic SME review of stock answers
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Imaging RFIs/RFQs through completion and also assisting with assignments
Perform quality checks for more junior analyst on deliverables (RFIs/RFQs)
Lead the administrative support and reporting requirements of RFI data/software (Loopio)
Assist management in the tracking and disbursement of Loopio Licenses
Assist management with UAT testing of various systems
MQL Management
Lead the review of inbound communications from Clario online channels
Record/import leads into Salesforce under campaigns
Report on marketing qualified leads to the stakeholders
Follow up with the sales teams on leads not processed within 48 hours of allocation
Monitor ‘opportunities won’ to track and record opportunities related to marketing qualified leads
Maintain sales information and lead reports in Salesforce CRM
CRM Management
Lead and perform master data management activities in Salesforce and Pardot (importing contacts or prospects and managing lists, contact merging etc.)
Perform and manage account deduplication efforts in Salesforce
Manage CRM/marketing automation technology
Provide support to BD as needed (for example report generation)
Secondary Responsibilities
Campaign/Event Support
As needed, design and implement email marketing campaigns in collaboration with product marketing managers
Ensure all campaigns adhere to Clario’s data security rules and are GDPR compliant.
Liaise with other teams as necessary for approval of the planned campaign
Report and track campaign results, evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns
Contributes to team effort by

Supporting other functional teams with any marketing needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree considered advantageous
Experience:
Deep knowledge of Salesforce required, preferably with Salesforce administration experience
Deep understanding of Loopio (RFI AI software)
7+ years relevant experience in a Marketing or RFI role
Intermediate to Expert in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Access required
Experience designing and delivering training an advantage
3 + years’ experience assessing, analysing, and implementing new systems
Additional skill set:
