Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for supporting the dynamic talent needs of our Birchstone Residential properties and corporate team.In this role, the Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with hiring managers to generate excellent candidates who become a part of the best-in-class talent for our current and future career opportunities.Solid and engaging, this individual will creatively tailor their internal and external talent conversations to provide engaging candidate experiences throughout the full-cycle recruiting process.The Talent Acquisition Partner will ensure both consistency and excitement for new candidates as they join the Birchstone brand.Essential Duties: Identify and attract top talent by leveraging sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to diverse candidate pools, to include sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates as well as extending, negotiating, and closing offersProactively network and establish effective working relationships with passive candidates and sourcing partnerships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the hiring managerCreate, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting to maximize candidate satisfaction and retention.Confer with management and supervisors to identify staffing needs and requirements, as well as: conducting intake/screening calls, providing recruiting overviews and establishing timelines with hiring managers.Manage requisitions and talent sourcing techniques while monitoring metrics to gauge effectiveness.Develop and have knowledge of recruiting metrics such as source of hire, number of applicants per hire, open requisition count, time to fill per opening, cost per hire and more.Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing skills to ensure compliance with best practices.Conduct hiring events, have knowledge of trends and implement innovative solutions for hard-to-fill roles proactively.Ensures adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), and other local and federal employment laws.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, and/or equivalent work experience.Five (5) years of full-cycle recruitment experience required.Three (3) or more years work experience recruiting for multiple hiring managers across multiple locations preferred.Work experience in multi-family Conventional/Market Rate, Class A and Class B property management preferred.Experience creating and executing recruiting strategies.Knowledge & Skills:Technical Expertise – Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and engaging with passive operations candidates and networks.Data Driven – Ability to collect and use data from different sources to analyze and implement it according to business needs.Technological – Demonstrated ability to interact with web, social media and applications in order to post job openings.Communication Skills – Ability to communicate effectively when speaking.Writing skills must demonstrate clear and concise messages, while still coming across as supportive.Natural Collaborator – Demonstrated ability to invite diverse perspectives, promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity.Values Integrity – Proven strength in exercising sound judgement and observing the highest degree of confidentiality.Customer Service – Must possess a genuine, service-oriented client engagement approach.Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.Technical Knowledge – Must have solid federal, state and local employment law knowledge.Flexible Work Style – Adaptability to the needs of the organization and employeesOrganizational Skills – Ability to prioritize tasks; asks questions when target goals or dates overlap.HRIS Knowledge – Proven experience with HRIS management tools and ATS software (Paycom, etc.)Computer Skills – Subject-matter-expert knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Bilingual ability in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
