S/He will also facilitate and participate in collaboration between Greeley and other business units within The Chartis Group.nn nnThe VP, Business Development will be an experienced and effective leader with excellent people skills, product development experience, business development acumen, and an exemplary work ethic.

The ideal individual will have a history of delivering on growth goals, coupled with the market know-how to specify, strategize, and define opportunities.

S/He must be skilled at leveraging the firm’s brand/reputation, building relationships with key executives, and professionally generating and pursuing potential business leads.nn nn Areas of Primary Responsibility: nn nn Growth Objectives:  Meet or exceed top-line and profit-growth objectives.

Work with Greeley management team to ensure strong execution and proper alignment of company strategies and tactics.

Anticipate challenges of the marketplace, while maintaining a high standard of quality.nn nn  Go-to-Market/Business Development Leadership:  Enhance the company’s go-to-market sales structure and market segmentation across all products and multiple geographies to drive increased sales and appropriate customer targeting.

Lead the company’s business development efforts with a focus on business development plans, business model development, market cannel development, strategic account development, and thought leadership.

Drive positive client relationships and satisfaction; act as a market liaison with the credibility and presence to optimize existing relationships and generate new business.nn nn Product Market Strategy:  Drive the development and commercialization of new products and offerings.  Assess opportunities within the market and across the portfolio of Greeley’s products and capabilities to develop and advance Greeley’s product market strategy.

Drive collaboration between Greeley and The Chartis Group through across-business unit sales expansion.

 Develop product-based business development strategy and execution, including pursuing potential new markets, channel strategies, and strategic partnerships with an analytic and strategic approach.nn nn Key Pursuit Management:   Oversee and facilitate key sales pursuits – from strategy to prospect cultivation to product/offering alignment to pricing and proposal submission.

Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills.

Accomplish goals through persuasion, networking, and broad influence.

Proactively seek the views of others before making decisions, while applying excellent negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes that are in best interest of the business strategy.nn nn Candidate Attributes: nn Highest level of integrity and professionalism Executive presence with ability to interact well with senior leadership Exceptional client service attitude and demeanor Organized and detail-oriented Healthcare provider experience and familiarity with the decision makers of healthcare provider organizations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations Regular travel (when that is possible again) to meet with prospects and attend conferences is required Effective listener and storyteller – both key to relationship building and consultative selling Problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients nn Candidate Requirements: nn Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing or sales; Master’s degree preferred 10+ years of relevant work experience selling professional or consultative services to the provider market Ideal experience working in either a healthcare services organization or relevant management consulting firm A demonstrated track record of relationship building at senior levels, both internally and externally Proven track record of revenue generation from teams and on an individual level Proven ability to analyze markets, value new products/services and companies, and develop growth strategies
