BOH Staff: Line Cooks and Bakers

Dry Storage

This is a Full-time position in Boulder, CO posted May 9, 2022.

Id Est Hospitality’s Dry Storage Bakehouse of Boulder, Colorado is looking for BOH talent. We are looking for individuals to join our culinary team. Our baking program utilizes house-milled heritage grains. We are seeking motivated BOH professionals to join a creative and challenging environment!
The ideal candidate fits the following criteria:
  • Prior BOH experience
  • Experience with lamination and sourdough preferred, not required
  • Experience with fresh-milled flours preferred, not required
  • Basic kitchen knowledge: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, safe food handling, sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Zero waste and ingredient cross-utilization mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with others
Id Est Hospitality offers competitive pay, 4-day workweeks and flexible scheduling, and health, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees (30 hours per week).
