· Ground-floor business building experienceAs a Team Member you will be expected to:Welcome customers as they enter the establishment and guide them, if necessary, to where they should sit or stand to place an orderAnswer any questions customers may have about ingredients, portion sizes, and how the food is preparedTake customer orders, guiding them with selections and making recommendations if requestedOperate cash registers to process cash and credit card payments for orderPromote restaurant products by offering to upgrade items or showcasing daily specials availablePrepare and package food quickly and consistently according to company standards for presentation, cooking times, and assemblyStrictly adhere to current sanitation and food safety regulations at all timeMaintain a clean and orderly work station that is clear of debris and discarded food, gloves, or other itemsRequirements:No experience required, but previous food handling or customer service experience appreciatedExcellent ability to follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products or services to the customerKnowledge of menu items, including ingredients, portion sizes, and the presence of common allergensProactive attention to detail that motivates double-checking orders and making records of information when necessaryStrong customer service skills, especially with regards to the resolution of complaintsWillingness to adapt to different roles and job duties as the need arisesAbility to work smoothly with a team, synchronizes processes with others to fulfill orders as quickly as possibleMust be efficient and energetic, multitasking to complete multiple orders or switching between different types of activitiesPhysical dexterity, such as the ability to wrap, cut, and chop items, a mustMust be at least 16 years old, and is either a current student, or has a high school diploma/GED.The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
