Job Title: Sales & Operations Analyst ONE Brands Job Location: Boulder, CO Company Background: ONE Brands, a division of Hershey, is a high growth guilt-free indulgent flavored protein bar company. Position Summary: ONE Brands seeks a professional, highly analytical Sales & Operations Analyst in our Boulder, CO office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, the candidate will have cross-functional experience in sales and operations planning and analytics to help support ONE’s significant sales growth goals. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales Services. Key Responsibilities: Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy. Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations. Responsible for the strategic creation and execution of future fulfillment plans. Conduct monthly demand planning maintenance. Lead monthly calls with supply planning team to plan inventory needs for future demand. Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Identify demand variances based upon historical performance and future needs. Analyze all inputs impacting future needs, including marketing & trade insights. Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities. Work closely with Sr. Director of Sales Services and sales teams regarding sales forecasts and lead monthly sales forecast calls. Work with Web Integrated team on system enhancements to develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns; manage data mapping process. Assist sales team with forecast entries and adjustments as needed. Work closely with Sr. Director of Sales Services on allocation process as needed. Work closely with sales teams to provide ad-hoc sales analysis as needed. Other Skills: Self-motivated with a strong desire to make an impact. Strong analytical acuity. Ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints. Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and external partners. Knowledge of process improvement and future fulfillment strategies. Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures. Able to maintain confidential and proprietary information and material. Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel knowledge. Quick learner with ability to learn a variety of software programs. Education and/or Experience: BS/BA Degree 3-5 years of experience in consumer packaged goods industry. 3-5 years of experience in inventory and production planning.
