Account Manager


This is a Contract position in Boulder, CO posted September 9, 2021.

Who would make a great Account Manager at Sensified?

Someone who…
· -Is a true team captain, and knows when it’s appropriate to get their hands dirty -Is responsive and collaborative in driving conversations with internal/external team members and clients -Is resourceful and solution-oriented -Can make decisions to successfully navigate day-to-day changing situations -Believes in the Sensified team Responsibilities: -Possess working knowledge of medical marketing tactics ranging, but not exclusive to, advisory boards, external expert engagement plans, direct marketing campaigns, and brand strategy -Serve as primary point of contact with core clients: provide direction to internal/external team members to coordinate, monitor, and assist on projects to ensure client expectations and timelines are met (a true team player) -Review all account work for accuracy and alignment with marketing messages and industry standard -Report progress to senior management on an ongoing basis -Generate and maintain rapport with clients, external experts, and vendors to ensure the highest level of customer service -Develop and/or review client documents including meeting summaries, tactical recommendations, statements of work, project briefs, follow ups, etc.

-Master and manage financial aspects of assigned business -Schedule and run live client meetings (travel required) -Develop understanding of marketing strategy for assigned brands and working knowledge of assigned disease states -Financial goals are associated with this position and will be established with management -Work with internal Sensified team to develop strategically-sound annual tactical plans ensuring brand/client objectives are fully met -Identify brand/objective insights and marry to opportunities to integrate SENSIFIED solutions within overall brand plans -Make positive workplace culture a priority Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Broad knowledge of healthcare industry and U.S.

and non-U.S.

pharmaceutical industry
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant function
• Strategic brand development planning skills
• Knowledge of how to position for client brand development
• Experience in client relationship building with flexibility and willingness to travel
• Ability to drive process and assist with details, while maintaining big picture oversight
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal teamwork skills, including team leadership
