SUMMARY OF POSITION The Chase House Program Manager oversees the Qualified Residential Treatment Program also known as Chase House and ensures program effectiveness, compliance, and high quality services are provided to all participants. As such this person supervises direct care and program staff and is also responsible for data collection and reporting. Additionally, you would support program growth and development in alignment with TGTHR’s strategic goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of staff, interns and volunteers, including hiring, training, providing ongoing feedback, and one-on-ones, oversight of schedules, time sheets, evaluations, disciplinary action, and facilitating staff meetings.
  • Provide support to staff during crisis (on-call), process/debrief incidents, create and contribute to positive team morale and culture.
  • Development and oversight of program budget and substantiation of expenses.
  • Participate in program evaluation, assessment, and development.
  • Ensures program compliance and implementation of various grants, licenses, laws, and accreditation.
  • Solicit and address ongoing feedback and through quarterly program reviews.
  • Oversight of Incident Reports (IR’s), Critical Incident Reports (CIR’s) and grievances.
  • Develop and oversee program budget and substantiation of expenses.
  • Ensure program compliance with licensure, accreditation and funding sources.
  • Oversee data management: demographics, measures, outcomes, outputs, statistics and trends.
  • Participate and support community outreach efforts and volunteer training.
  • Attend committee and community meetings as a representative of TGTHR and cultivate relationships.
  • Projects as assigned by the Director of Programs

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the Human Behavioral Sciences or a related field, 2 years of milieu experience in residential care, and 1 year supervising residential care staff
  • Flexible schedule including weekend, overnight and on-call responsibilities
  • Accepting of a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, and cultural and spiritual practices.
  • Commitment to continued education of social justice, especially the intersection of youth homelessness and race, sexuality, gender, ability, and socioeconomics.
  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Strong verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to understand and respect the importance of confidentiality.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic environment, in a team setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including GSuite and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time while also performing typing duties
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and other strenuous activities.
  • TGTHR’s important work classifies our employees and program participants as high risk. Our staff’s health, safety and ability to provide critical services remain our most important priorities. If you are hired, you will be required to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or are able to receive one within seven weeks of hire.
  • Master in Social Work or behavioral sciences (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) preferred.
  • Bilingual, Spanish preferred.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Salary Range: $50,000-$57,000. In exchange for providing counseling services in programs, employees will receive on sight individual and group supervision at no cost to the employee.
