What You’ll Do is seeking a Client Success Manager who possesses a strong drive for results.

Duties for the Client Success Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing client relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn.

You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve client experience through product support, and handle client complaints and requests.

Works with current clients to secure renewals Identifies potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key client personnel and company personnel who have worked with client; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.

Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.

Develops sales by working with Account Executive; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.

Develops new applications by preparing specifications; conferring with product engineering.

Works closely with Accountant Executives to close upsells Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying client reactions.

Grows industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

5+ years of client success experience Bachelor’s degree Highly organized and able to multitask Self-driven and proactive nature Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High computer literacy and ability to learn new software Knowledge of client success processes Experience in document creation Patient and active listener Passion for service
