As our Senior Growth Marketing Director, you’ll work with our Social Media Manager, outsourced PR team, and Facebook Ad Buyer to grow a team and sell quirky, niche, funny whiskey deodorant: Pit Liquor.

You’ll grow the reach of our niche product that is positioned for mainstream distribution and share in the upside of the company’s success.

This position offers financial upside and career growth for the right person with a competitive starting salary.

It’s a full-time position.

This position will require location in Fort Collins, CO and daily presence with the team.

We have preference for candidates with agency experience and leadership experience.

To nail your job you will:
You’ll create a dynamic, high-energy, high-output work environment and build, then maintain, a team of driven, focused A-Players to accelerate sales and marketing with customer-focused marketing practices Own the customer journey from paid ads to website conversion.

Build, test, and implement initiatives and experiences that connect the Pit Liquor customer across channels and create the best possible brand experience to drive loyalty and retention.

Position Pit Liquor as the industry’s leader in natural deodorant and its owners as experts in the field.

Hit or exceed ambitious growth goals with consistent data-driven decisions, communication, and adjustments to the plan to keep on track.

Oversee employee enrichment for marketing team.

Establish policies, procedures and ensure team’s roles are clearly defined and well understood for maximum sales growth.

Oversee smooth management of website and communicate needs as they arise to the team.

Provide killer creative direction.

You’ll work with our contracted photographers, designers and copywriters to create stunning photography, video assets and product catalogs that highlight our products and lifestyle value adds.

Establish our brand as a category leader on bustling marketplaces like Amazon & Etsy.

Build a wholesale lead generation funnel that connects more trendy boutique shops with our brand.

Create direct sales funnels to grow email marketing lists and maximize retargeting efforts using subscription and rewards program.

Use surveys and other tools to communicate with customers to ensure products and service are within market and technology trends.

Liaise with operations and executive teams to keep goals aligned.

Create forecasting reports and coordinate with Director of Operations and Accountant to ensure smooth scaling processes.

Must possess the ability to extract useful insights that impact the business You are experienced in presenting data, compiling reports, and providing correspondence to your team You’re scrappy, creative, funny, kind, and fun to be around You are enthusiastic about TikTok, Pinterest, and PR You possess a mix of left and right brain to effectively manage paid social campaigns primarily in Facebook You are fluent in direct response KPI’s such as CAC, CPA, CPM, CVR, AOV, and LTV You are data-driven and adopt a try, test, & learn approach to all of your initiatives You come prepared to build in a highly adaptable, fast-paced environment
