Our Opportunity We are looking for a Director of Sales Analytics to help build out and lead the analytics function within the CRO organization (Sales, Solution Engineering, Alliances & Channel).

The role reports to the SVP of GTM Strategy & Operations and will define the analytics roadmap, establish key metrics per function, build-out dashboards, and support data mining.

This person will liaise with IT to improve data quality and drive insights into trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve sales performance, pipeline performance, and productivity.

You will manage a distributed team of GTM analysts to stand up reporting and dashboarding capabilities across the CRO organization and deliver business analytics to support the Sales, Solution Engineering, and Alliances & Channel organizations.

You will make an impact by being responsible for: Working with the CRO function leadership to define KPIs and business instrumentation required to maximize business performance Defining, architecting, and implementing the CRO organizations business intelligence strategy and roadmap to support short
– and long-term strategic priorities Designing, developing, and deploying the business instrumentation in close collaboration with IT data engineering and enablement teams Building dashboards and analytics in support of GTM priorities such as pipeline maturation, campaign effectiveness, productivity, new business and upsell growth Implementing quality assurance practices systematically to ensure that every business intelligence asset developed meets high-quality standards Informing GTM strategy with targeted analytics pertaining to performance across various dimensions (regions, countries, products, territories, reps) Leading a team of business analysts in the creation of sophisticated business intelligence assets involving large amounts of information across different systems Identifying data improvement areas and collaborating with data operations and IT to continuously raise the bar for data quality at Automation Anywhere Collaborating with IT and other critical functions to define a consistent company-wide data architecture and governance framework You will be a great fit if you have: 8 years of experience in analytics roles with 5 years supporting sales and go-to-market functions 3 years B2B SaaS technology experience A.

or B.S.

in Business.

MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus Expertise in Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards Experience with visualization software such as Tableau Familiarity with data storage and big data processing A track record of meeting complex stakeholder needs under tight timelines and resource constraints Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage competing priorities coming from a diverse group of senior executives Ability to think and work independently, solve problems, and develop recommendations Youll excel in these competencies: Comfort working with imperfect data Iterative mentality start with the 80% solution and improve over time Ability to relentlessly prioritize based on business impact Strong communication skills are required to align a range of stakeholders on priorities, timing, and output Technical depth to enable productive collaboration with a world-class go-to-market organization (sales, channel, solution engineering) Why Automation Anywhere?
