nn nn n nn nn*Ideal candidates are located in Northern Colorado area, however, other locations may be considered.nn nn n nn nn Position summary: nn nnThis position is responsible to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to proactively handle transactional accounts to drive market penetration and accelerate sales growth.

The position is focused on driving continuous improvement of the inside sales organization through collaboration with managers and peers.nn nn n nn nn Essential duties and responsibilities: nn nn n nn Drive sales results by guiding the team on sales process, prospecting, and funnel / forecast management Support Hach’s overall sales strategy via collaboration with strategic, regional, and distribution counterparts Coaches the implementation and sustainment of the QBS sales methodology across assigned Inside Sales Teams Ensures Funnel Management Process is utilized across the team and conducts funnel reviews with Leads and assigned sellers on a monthly basis Lead assigned team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate Implement creative promotional programs and develop cross-sell/up-sell skills of team Develop data driven annual plans and submit monthly forecasts as required by the organization Perform full-cycle employment functions including hiring, training and performance reviews and performance management Proactively lead problem solving efforts within assigned teams to address gaps in performance Regularly coach and mentor team members through face-to-face meetings, phone shadowing sessions, and written communication Respond to and resolve customer issues requiring management intervention Support administration of compensation and incentive programs nn n nn nn Critical competencies: nn nn n nn Leads, energizes and engages individuals to achieve personal development and business goals; retains talent.

(Charts the Course) Proactively gathers different views on how to approach and solve a problem; approaches problems analytically rather than jumping to superficial conclusions.

(Leads through DBS) nn n nn nn Qualifications: nn nn n nn Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years sales experience, progressive tele-sales experience selling products and services in a business-to-business environment 1-3 years experience in people management Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling
– demonstrated experience increasing revenue within existing accounts by broadening or deepening product placement Knowledge of the operation of plants and or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and water control regulations that apply to plants helpful.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future.

•This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay up to an additional $25k.
