This role will work to create a smooth and welcoming environment for our team members and visitors alike in our new office location. We are looking for someone to join the team who knows what it takes to create an enabling workspace that fosters team effectiveness and keeps the office in tip-top shape.Responsibilities and DutiesOffice Operations* Manage the day-to-day office operations to keep the Colorado office running smoothly.* Assist the People Team and IT with onboarding new hires in Louisville, CO (office tours, desk space coordination, swag, etc).* Inventory and purchase of office supplies and purchase requests from the Louisville, CO-based team.* Receive invoices and complete expense reports for office-related purchases.Facilities Management:* Coordinate vendors (including evaluation and budgeting) for repairs/maintenance, cleaning, security, office services, and other facilities projects.* Develop facility safety/emergency plans.* Coordinate office inspections and safety compliance.* Develop, manage, and maintain safety procedures for the office, including COVID-19 rapid testing and response procedures.* Oversee physical security and work with IT to optimize the program.* Prioritize, coordinate, and manage facility and asset repairs, installations, and upgrades while ensuring impact to team and manufacturing is minimal.* Partner with internal stakeholders to define vendor/service requirements, assess proposals/bids, and oversee work/activities while ensuring cost and schedule objectives are achieved.Community Workplace Experience* Assist the People Team with the implementation of community events, engagement and affinity group programs for the Louisville, CO office.* Coordinate on-site lunch service and snacks with our vendors, happy hours, and other events.* Host office visitors by scheduling, meeting preparation, and other administrative support.* Be the face of the office for visitors by initially greeting and checking in-office visitors and customers, managing the main phone line.* Receive small parcels / shipments, route deliveries to correct team, and assist SCM with PO receipt.* Assist team with preparing and labeling outgoing small parcels shipped via FedEx / UPSRequirements* A successful candidate will roll up their sleeves and take on challenges* Be analytical, attentive to detail and have a growth mindset* Ability to analyze, reconcile numbers and other office-related expenses* Willingness to take on challenges and solve problems* Create a welcoming atmosphere for team members and visitors alike* Excellent organization with a proven record of following tasks through to completion* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Excitement and enthusiasm for planning and executing tasks or events* Anticipation and situational awareness to solve challenges before they become problems* Computer and online software knowledge requiredWhat would set you apart*
