Hometown Roofing Systems is looking to hire a reliable Office Administrator to join our team. This individual will be a core member or our team and should be creative, proactive, reliable, and trustworthy. Potential candidates should be highly organized and hold strong time management skills. Someone who may be a good fit for this role should be a flexible thinker and be able to multitask and balance a variety of changes throughout the work day. This individual will ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basis. – Office Administrator oversees those day-to-day operations of an office environment and will make sure that the office runs efficiently – Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents – Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy – Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence – Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures – Assist colleagues when there is an opportunity to do so [](https://ssl.gstatic.com/ui/v1/icons/mail/images/cleardot.gif) – Experience with Microsoft Office – Positive outlook and friendly – Detail oriented – Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task – High school or equivalent (Required)
