Office Manager (Boulder)

Recurly is hiring an Office Manager to support our Return to Office efforts! This role will provide direct management of all Recurly’s office facilities administration, actively participate in event planning, and assist the People Team with various projects. In this role, the office manager will interact with many employees at all levels! We also offer life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness coverage, employee accident protection, health savings account (HSA) & flexible spending account (FSA) options, employee assistance program, Legal and Pet Insurance.Other perks may include:401(k) Retirement PlanCompany equityFlex Time OffCompany EventsTraining/DevelopmentTuition reimbursementCasual dressDog friendly officeCommuter benefitsVolunteer opportunitiesResponsibilities* Own the employee experience at Recurly’s office in Boulder, CO* Serve as the point person for Recurly’s workplace, including: building management, ordering supplies, stocking consumables, deliveries and shipping services, routine facility maintenance, building alarm system and repair requests* Plan and execute in person and virtual company-wide events* Support People & Talent team recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, preparing space for in office interviews, sending swag and serving as point of contact for new hires* Contribute to Return to Office efforts by helping with workplace modifications and new safety measures to ensure everyone’s safety* Eloquently communicate to all employees via email and Slack* Coordinate office catering and act as point of contact to vendors* Submit monthly financial spending reportsRequirements* 5+ years minimum recent work experience within a fast paced, business environment in a facilities and office management, administrative or support role.* Experience managing priorities and urgent requests as delegated.* Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, with the ability to quickly pick up different tools and applications.* Experience in organizing company culture events, including Happy Hours, Socials and Volunteer events.* Previous start-up experience is a plus!Communication: Excels in both written and oral communication; effective interpersonal skills; professional demeanor; able to represent Recurly favorably.Customer Service: Customer focus orientation and the ability to proactively identify employee and visitor needs.Organized: Able to work independently; effective time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Analytical: Superior critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data from multiple sources.Adaptable: Ability to adapt to changes and remain calm in chaotic or ambiguous situations.Resourceful: Ability to deliver results utilizing the resources available.
