Pay range is between $44.23-$66.35/hr depending on years of relevant and like experience.

POSITION SUMMARY

This role requires a unique blend of expertise in talent, learning and organizational development, coupled with strong project management, analytical abilities, and relationship building skills.

As the leader of Talent Development for BCH, the successful candidate will work organizational leaders and human resources across a portfolio of talent, learning and organizational development initiatives being developed and to shape BCH as a learning organization, build future-proof skills and capabilities in our employees, and drive BCH’s business growth.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education or Formal Training

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred (MA, MBA, PhD)

Experience

10+ years of experience in a talent management, L&D, HRBP or similar role.

Must be able to visit all hospital departments, facilities and clinics.

Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing with all levels of employees and external vendors.

Must be able to sit and work at computer for long periods of time.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES

Provides supervision for Training Specialists and Trainers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate into an integrated talent and learning strategy and programs that drive value for the business.
  • Understand and use internal talent insights and talent market trends to build talent and organization capability.
  • Develop talent management processes and programs necessary to create a ready and capable leadership pipeline; measure and monitor the health of succession planning, high potential identification, talent reviews and other approaches to closing talent gaps.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of BCH leaders who drive BCH’s culture and business growth.
  • Create and execute the strategy to transform BCH into a learning organization to create competitive advantage.
  • Contribute to BCH’s self-directed learning strategy for all employees, including the use of technology (current or recommended) to future proof BCH’s talent with the right skills to propel competencies and drive growth.
