Work with business leads to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps.

Manage change.

Gather and synthesize detailed, global business requirements.

Assess current and future business processes (As-Is and To-Be).

Apply analytical skills to rationalize change.

Leads brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.

Manage complex projects to major milestones.

Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates, prepare executive briefings, and project presentations (ability to tell the story), obtain executive approval.

Conduct weekly project meetings.

Communicate project status Requirements: Prior management experience a plus.

Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on creativity and relationships.

Project management skills with the ability to implement and drive projects forward while working collaboratively with internal and external clients.

Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.

Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.

Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Assist team in the adoption and improvement of new workflows to onboard new partners and improve onboarding process.

Provide documentation, feedback, and guidance to improve processes and ensure the success of partner workflows.

Help stakeholders resolve day to day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions.

Improve processes by providing client feedback and working closely with Partner Operations Managers and Partner Technology Managers.

Manage ongoing project plans, deadlines, communicate project status & updates, and hold stakeholders accountable.

Identify and engage a diverse group of stakeholders within and outside of team to onboard new partners and improve the overall onboarding process.

Analyze and optimize operational efficiencies across multiple project workflows, and ongoing operations.

Analyze and optimize the development of existing client initiatives to ensure their success and optimal experience with Reserve with client Reservation and Food Ordering technologies Manage complex escalations in close collaboration with team leads and cross-functional teams.

Provide operational expertise to incubate, launch, and scale complex, strategic projects.

Qualifications: Excellent diagnostic reasoning and ability to complete independent troubleshooting of issues and the ability to escalate as needed.

Ad hoc projects as needed to support diverse group of stakeholders.

Ability to communicate any related issues to stakeholders.

Ability to interface and collaborate working across geographically dispersed teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, written, verbal, and communication skills Minimum qualifications You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Strong project or program management skills, leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams Ability to streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency Proven ability to independently manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities; can execute to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail Comfortable with organizational complexity, managing diverse stakeholders with conflicting agendas Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Experience working directly with or managing external partners or clients 6-8 Years of experience in Communication Description Be able to create custom communication strategies for a diverse group of stakeholders and own overall communication related to project progress, status, and roadblocks 4-5 Years of experience in Project Management Description Autonomously manage ongoing projects.

Meet with stakeholders to define full scope of projects, manage deadlines, and define business requirements.

0-3 Years of experience in Salesforce Admin/Config Description Ability to evaluate Salesforce configuration options and program manage a salesforce migration from one instance to another.
