Reports to the Senior Manager, OTC Operational Excellence.

 
What you will do:
Supervise and support the OTC Cash Applications and Adjustment teams Work with the Leader, OTC Operational Excellence to effectively plan and deliver agreed upon cash applications support services Provide leadership and support during multi-year transition to SAP s4hana and supporting systems along with coexistence of current systems, including PeopleSoft, Proprietary POS (ARS), Hyland OnBase, SAP ECC, MSS and Oracle Facilitate resolution and escalations with various stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Sales & Commercial teams and Credit representatives and other internal and external stakeholders  Inform and Implement policies & protocols for AR processes including cash application, AR adjustments, AFDA, Unclaimed Property, General Ledger payments and invoicing & invoice generation Utilize business acumen and judgment in making decisions Understand systems and processes for root cause analysis Review and validate non-managed service SOPs for accuracy Escalation point for issues with transactional activities within cash application and invoicing Apply effective people leadership skills leading team through performance management, career development, and budget management Foster engagement through Clarity, Competence, Influence, & Recognition in Order to Cash Provide oversight, guidance, and training to contribute to the performance of others Provide support and feedback to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks Communicate company and functional goals, core values, safety practices, and deadlines to team  Coach members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results Set clear team goals, evaluating progress along the way, allowing teams to work collaboratively to reach targets Set up meetings, participates in meetings, network and provides support across many levels of the organization   What you will bring:
Accounting Degree (BS required) CPA or IFRS certification a plus MBA or Leadership certification a plus 6-8 years of Accounting and/or Finance 2-5 years in Leadership or Management Strong Leadership skills Experience with Change Management Advanced in Excel a plus Experience with OnBase, Peoplesoft 9.1 a plus Experience with SAP s/4hana: FI and Lockbox and BW a plus Attention to detail, ability to stay on task and meet deadlines Team ordinated, ability to mentor, support and work well with others Ability to use knowledge, expertise and judgement for decision making and problem solving Compensation & Benefits:
 
Salary Range $72,240
– $103,200.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
