Company is looking for a Senior Director, Brand Marketing to join our team.

What You Get To Do

Company is looking for a talented and values-driven leader to drive Company’s brand to the top of the energy and technology industry globally. To succeed in the role, you’ve already had prior success building a brand in a new category.

You’ve marketed to c-level and senior-level executives at companies in technology or other relevant B2B industry and shown them the value of a new product, or better yet, a new category.

You know how to communicate both technical value and emotional connection, with values and integrity embedded throughout.  You have experience leading teams responsible for content strategy, public relations, social media, brand awareness, and design. 

The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer working closely with strong product marketing and demand generation teams and will build a small brand team over time.

 

What You Will Contribute:
Establish and achieve annual objectives related to the Company Brand strategy, including corporate PR, stakeholder engagement, brand reach and quality, and execution.  Provide ongoing reports to the Company leadership team on the status and progress of Company’s brand in the market.

Generate broad awareness of Company’s brand among all key stakeholders prospects, customers, partners, media, influencers, investors, analysts, employees, and candidates.

Lead the strategic development, implementation, and evolution of our brand strategy to increase visibility and familiarity with the Company corporate story.  Translate strategy into integrated marketing plans, campaign strategy, and customer experience(s) Provide creative leadership to develop cutting edge brand programs that build Company’s reputation and awareness while showing its ROI Shape an end-to-end multichannel content experience that maps to high-level business goals Collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive strategic marketing planning and execution Develop metrics that monitor brand health and brand KPIs to forecast, track, and analyze marketing initiatives to ensure we exceed performance targets Manage and guide design and creative development to ensure a consistent and recognizable look and feel, working with our in-house creative team and external consultants and vendors.

Develop internal guidelines, brand assets to enable the organization to execute against the brand Partner with product marketing to incorporate brand attitude, tone, and voice Partner with human resources on employer branding strategy and execution to support hiring goals
What You Bring To Company:
 10+ years of brand and content leadership, ideally in technology or energy environments with the ability to be both hands-on and to think strategically Expert in understanding enterprise customer needs
– both executive and mid-level –  and creating compelling and engaging content experiences Experienced with creating, launching, and/or revamping a brand Adept with a wide range of modern marketing strategies
– content, social, experiential
– that you can employ or manage to achieve goals.  A results-driven marketer with a proven track record of measuring and tracking results and ROI on branding, PR, and content Able to provide leadership, mentorship and build an internal culture.  A collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Engineering to Design Must exhibit superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively Cares about energy, its impact on our customers, their customers, and the world
