Minimum qualifications:* Experience with Policy Compliance* Relevant work experience (e.g. supplier, program, facilities, third-party vendor management, other relevant field, etc.)Preferred qualifications:* Vendor management experience, including complex agreement discussions, administration, and effective performance management* Experience driving automation and/or process improvement* Project management experience* Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage, coordinate and deliver on multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment* Ability to drive change in a large and complex organization, adjust communication to fit appropriate audiences, and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders* Outstanding skills in communication and balancing strategic vision with executionAbout the jobThe Workplace Innovation and Governance (WIG) team provides governance, design, controls, research, and technology solutions within the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team to enable Google to thrive and scale.As a Supplier Operations Program Manager on the Workplace Innovation and Governance team, you will provide outsourcing and compliance support to the over-arching REWS team. In this role, you will leverage a broad set of skills to effectively operate and evolve a vendor-supported and globally focused supplier operations program. You will continually drive process improvements and create standards in order to ensure program efficiency and accuracy.You will manage a vendor team and create scalable methods to guide employees through Google’s complex outsourcing and regulatory compliance requirements, balancing risk mitigation and velocity. You will manage projects to influence and implement company policies and tools, serving as an advocate for your teams. In addition, you will provide ongoing analysis of our outsourced workforce to assist leadership in making informed decisions.The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work — from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where Google and our employees can thrive.Additional Information(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $109,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.* Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.Responsibilities* Understand REWS and Security services, business landscape, and applicable extended workforce support procedures.* Serve as a global liaison between REWS and corporate policy teams, utilizing global perspective to develop and implement best practices for the organization.* Develop and distribute executive level communications that are clear, compelling, and effective in educating users and driving policy and process adoption.* Identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that impact the customer experience of extended workforce onboarding.* Manage vendor team responsible for providing end-to-end support of extended workforce on-boarding activities, and act as primary point of contact for related administrative tasks and escalations from customers.
